
For the professional design of steel structure engineering, we possess the first class qualification issued by the National Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. The company has 15 senior engineers, 5 first class registered structural engineers, 12 first class registered architectural engineers, and more than 30 technical professionals. We have established long-term strategic cooperation with many universities, such as Tongji University, Tianjin University, Shandong University, and Shandong Jianzhu University. The company uses 14 sets of software, including AutoCAD,3D3S MTS, MIDAS, SYS, PKPM network version (including STS, TAT, SATWE, and EPDA), STEED/PRO, America CSI building structure design and analysis software ETABS,and KoreaMIDAS Gen software. The company strictly adheres to the relevant standards and regulations in China to ensure the reliability of the structure.
The earnest work of experienced designers ensures the accuracy of the engineering for all types of steel structures. With the help of software such as TEKLA STRUCTURES and STUR-CAD, the engineers can view a 3D image of the project, allowing them to find optimal solutions for both construction and installation.
We are pioneers in introducing AutoNEST-FX V9.5 software for material preparation. The software is compatible with AutoCAD and enhances its functions by setting part priorities, previewing parts, and outputting blank layouts. It is also compatible with other databases, such as NC etc. With the help of this software, workers could optimize material preparation and significantly reduce working time.

multi-storey heavy steel highrise building systems
The heavy steel workshop, covering 30,000 square meters, features three production lines for box-section steel, heavy-duty welded H-section steel, and H-section secondary processing. It utilizes advanced equipment such as American Lincoln welding machines, Jiangsu Yangtong welding machines, and Fine CNC machines. The workshop is capable of producing box-section columns, cross columns, circular tubular columns, H-section beams, and other special-shaped columns, specializing in the processing and fabrication of multi-story, heavy-duty steel structures.
The box-type and beam-column production lines include edge milling machines, box assembly machines, gantry-type automatic welders (imported Lincoln equipment), electroslag welders, and face milling machines.
The heavy-duty welded steel production line includes over 50 pieces of equipment, including a CNC flame cutting machine, a ZLJ-15 assembly machine, a single-arm automatic welding machine (imported from Lincoln, USA), an HKJ-600 flange plate leveling machine, and a CO2 welder.
The hot-rolled H-beam secondary processing line features over 10 pieces of advanced equipment, including a 3D CNC drilling machine, a BS1000 band saw, and a locking machine.

Light steel processing and manufacturing system
Covering an area of 30,000 sqm. There are 5 processing lines and 2x further processing lines for hot-rolled H-beams in Light-Steel workshop. The equipments include: 18x travelling cranes with lifting capacity of 100 KN; assembling machine type Z15; aligning machine; CNC cutting machine; double-electrodes submerged arc welding machine; CNC drilling machine; sand-blasting; Cantilever crane lift and semi-automatic submerged arc welding machine etc.

Space steel structure
Ant Steel Structure could undertake the Project of R & D, Manufacture,Construction and Consultation of Large-Span truss and Grid structure engineering for public works such as Exhibition Centers, Gymnasia and Stations. The production line composed of 2 sets of CNC Intersection line cutting machines, 2 sets of Large-Scale Hydraulic Bending machines and 6 sets of integrated welding machines etc.

Testing Center of Shandong Ant Steel Structure Engineering Co., Ltd. has series of advanced testing equipments such as tensile testing, impact, bending and metallography test, X-ray detection, ultrasonic, magnetic, staining, stress and hardness testing and heat treatment after welding, with which the company can carry out non-destructive testing of steel structure work (including the grid and roof trusses), pressure piping, equipment installation, metal containers and metal materials, security performance testing of overall steel structure engineering, mechanical properties testing of raw materials, testing of torque coefficient of high-strength bolt connection, the anti-slip coefficient testing of the friction surface of the high-strength bolt connection,and technical consulting services. By using plenty of sophisticated detection devices, our experienced and certified staff, with professional theory, can provide all-process quality testing from design, manufacturing, and installment, to ensure smooth execution of each project.
