Product Details
Black iron wire is a product that is not annealed (or only lightly surface treated) after hot-rolled wire drawing. The surface is naturally black oxide, so it is named "black iron wire".
Choose according to the purpose. Common ones are low-carbon steel (soft wire, suitable for multiple bending and shaping) or medium-carbon steel (hard wire, suitable for high-strength shaping). Stainless steel (such as 304, to improve rust resistance) will be used in some scenes.
Diameter: 0.8mm - 10mm (select according to load-bearing requirements, such as small diameter for hooks and large diameter for brackets).
Shape: customized according to customer needs, such as U-shaped, L-shaped, ring-shaped, wavy, square, etc. (such as U-shaped nails, hooks, shelf interlayer brackets).
Construction and decoration: U-shaped nails fix keels and floors, L-shaped brackets fix pipes and cables, and corrugated wire is used for wall reinforcement nets.
Home and industry: shelf layer support, hooks (such as supermarket hangers, kitchen hooks), fixed brackets in medical equipment, plant climbing frames in agriculture.
